Cardio Kicks at the Norwalk Tae Kwon-Do Academy is the perfect program for people interested in a great workout without the formality of a Tae Kwon-Do class.

Our aerobic kick-boxing program is taught by Ms Kathy O'Malley-Bishop. Ms O'Malley-Bishop is a 2nd degree Black Belt and has been instructing the kick-boxing program for the past 12 years.
