New Program

BOOT CAMP

Boot Camp is a well rounded fitness and conditioning program for men and women of all fitness levels

Each Boot Camp is a 6 week program.

We now offer a morning and evening boot camp.

The Norwalk Taekwon-Do Academy offers more than just children’s classes. We offer classes for adults in Taekwon-Do, Kick Boxing, and Aerobic Kick Boxing and Fitness.

We also offer personal one-on-one training for members and non-members.
